Mission Statement

​The Muriel S. Snowden International School at Copley is a multicultural, multilingual urban high school in the center of Copley Square, Boston. Snowden International is a college preparatory high school with an international studies and world language focus that offers a rigorous academic curriculum. The school's mission is to foster a community in which individual students, faculty, and families function together to sustain global awareness and responsibility, high academic achievement, and the ability to succeed in a diverse American society.

IB Program School

Snowden International School is an International Baccalaureate School. This program aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect. IB students take an active part in, and contribute to, their school, their local community and their global community.

Great performances from our IB Junior Theater students, and beautiful artwork on the wall! Being an IB school means we are a school that values the arts, and seeing the support of staff and students was a big reminder of that fact.

Congratulations to Jeanalis Mercado for being named Player of the Year! This is an incredible achievement and a testament to Jeanilis' hard work, dedication, and exceptional talent on the court. A proud achievement.
We are also thrilled to announce that our very own Coach Phibe has been awarded Coach of the Year! This prestigious award recognizes Coach Phibe's outstanding leadership, strategic coaching, and unwavering commitment to our team. We thank Coach Phibe, for her incredible dedication and for leading our team to such great success!
